"FAITH MOVES GOD"

Hebrews 11:6 was one of the first scriptures I knew by heart. But I needed this scripture more than ever earlier this year!
It says "It is impossible to please God without FAITH. Anyone who wants to come to Him must believe that God exists and that He rewards those who sincerely seek Him."
The reason I wasn't experiencing God was because of my lack of FAITH! Faith is the ONLY thing that moves GOD! It's not our Sunday rituals, it's not our crying, it's not how good we sound, it is simply our FAITH that moves God!!
"Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen, and it gives us assurance of the things we cannot see."
(Hebrews 11:1)

I was so angry! I was so angry at God! Because I wanted this particular job so badly! I was thinking, this was the job for me! Turns out, I didn't get it! And sometimes, when you have so much faith, you feel like a fool! I felt embarrassed! I was thinking God left me hanging! But maybe the job was too convenient? Or maybe it was too ordinary! Or maybe God wanted to build my faith more! Or maybe God had something better?
I was definitely operating in my flesh and we cannot please God by operating in the flesh! I'm so thankful that God uses people. Between Bible Study and Tony Evans Faith Series, I started to believe again and my pity parties were over! We have to realize that God is sovereign and all knowing! God knows what is best for His children! His thoughts surpasses our thoughts, and His ways are definitely not our ways! (Isaiah 55:8) And when we go through tests that's when we really need to apply the Word of God in our lives, not turn away from it! It's our source of strength! It's not some textbook from school, we should apply the Word in our daily lives!

True Story
I remember one night, me and my family were having tacos for dinner! And I was the only one at home with my pops, but he was in his room meditating. There were two kinds of salsa: one was mild, and the other one was spicy hot! The spicy one was already open but, the other one wasn't open yet because we had just bought it. I wanted the one that wasn't open yet so, I was just struggling to open it. I took a break then I tried again. I was struggling so hard, that I was making ugly faces. I took another break then tried again and my hand was so weak. I didn't want to bother my pops so I said a little prayer. (Yes, even to open salsa.) I kept trying but, I still could not open the salsa that I wanted!
My hand was so weak, and I just gave in and got the spicy salsa that I DID NOT WANTED! So, I start putting the spicy salsa on my taco salad, and I said to myself, "Let me try this one more time!"
And don't you know that salsa opened?!!! Yes it did! The one that I wanted, was given to me! And after I opened it, I said to the Lord," We I just give up so easily!" I will never look at a jar of salsa the same ever in life lol! It probably didn't mean anything to you, but this spiritual analogy was exactly what I needed at the moment!

If we can just wait on God and keep praying,God will reward us with His best at His appointed time!! FAINT NOT! He is not going to leave you out, especially if you know that your life is aligned with the Word of God! Ask and it will be given to you! Keep seeking and you shall find. Keep knocking and the door will be OPEN unto you!! (Luke 11: 9-10) Hallelujah Jesus! It is God's divine purpose on why you've been waiting for so long! Your praying, your waiting, and fasting was not in vain my dear! God sees you! God is not going to harm His children!! It might hurt in the process of development, but it is strengthen you and get you ready for the blessing. And you have to believe that God is able to do beyond all that we ask or think according to the power of God that works within us!(Ephesians 3:20) Our little, finite minds can't even think of all the wonderful things He can do! All God wants us to do is trust Him! That's ALL! I know sometimes it gets so tough and it seems like nothing is producing, but just keep the FAITH! He will NEVER leave nor forsake us! Hang on tightly to the scriptures that you read! Continue to trust God! Believe that He can do the unimaginable! While you're waiting, wait with expectation! Know that God is preparing you for His best!

Peace & Blessings
